I ate Ramen at the Shinagawa Station.

The shop is TETSU.

I like Tsukemen!

Tsukemen means the noodle and soup are separate.

It's the roast pork.

Very softly and meltly !!

It called 'Mentatsu'

Mentatsu means Ramen specialist!!
